doc keep building problem

Dear RTFD team,

I hosted a project on RTFD.org. Everything goes well for quite a long time
(THANK YOU RTFD).

One day I tried to build my doc at RTFD.org, but the build is keep going
and going and going and do not show any error messages...

So I try to build again and again and again... Now ends up with
five simultaneous building o_O... (Building for more than 4 days...)

(Please see here: https://readthedocs.org/builds/ansi-common-lisp/)

Is there any way to stop these 5 building and start all over again?

Thank you in advance!

Sure. Guessing it's an issue with the data center migration over the
weekend. I'll take a look.

This looks like an encoding issue on the new build server. I will look more
into it today.

Should now be partially fixed. At least it should be building properly now.

Thanks, Eric. The past is still triggering. But now I can have a passed
build.

Thank you very much!
