Potentially useful info by the ParticleQuest guys

The ParticleQuest guys have some potentially interesting
info about BrowserQuest internals here:

  http://pad.p2pu.org/p/browserquest

They're transferring the contents of that to their own
wiki (thus the strikeout). But things are still readable.

It's not super in depth, but they do have a few links
in there to other people's BrowserQuest repo's with
promising looking commits.

For example, Jeff Plang's one, where he's started to
document some of the classes. We should ask that guy if
we're ok to copy them. ;)

Anyway, just pointing this out as some of the bits
in this etherpad are useful. ;)
